At Another Chance Outreach Ministries, Inc. (ACOM), we are a 501c3 nonprofit community
organization providing a range of outreach services and resources tailored to address the
unique challenges faced by homeless individuals and families. Our outreach alliances and
services offer tangible support to those we serve daily and to those who are referred to us.
ACOM is committed to individuals and families experiencing homelessness by providing
temporary living options as opposed to living in their vehicle or in an abandon trailer or in
the woods. We also ensure that homeless individuals and families who are challenged with
nutritional food insecurities (due to residing in emergency shelter or living on the “streets)
are provided with a daily “hot” meals.

ACOM’s quarterly Community Giveaways offer seasonal clothing, food baskets, personal
hygiene packets, and PPE supplies. These Community Giveaways adequately fills the basic
human needs gap faced by those who attend. This event connects individual with local
support agencies and resources to ensure that these individuals have access to vital services.

ACOM’s dedicated team of volunteers work tirelessly to establish cordial relationships,
accessing individual needs, preparing meals, delivering meals, providing necessities and
emergency shelter (as funding is available).

By fostering a sense of trust ACOM aims to create an initial solution to assist in breaking
